Activities during the academic year-2021-2022 

       The Department of Computer Science organized a Virtual Power Seminar on ‘Career Planning’ by Mr. Satish Valiveti, CEO, Aspiring Minds for all UG final year students on 10.07.2021 from 11 am – 12:30 pm. 

     Department of Computer Science organized a Guest Lecture on “Cloud Computing” by Mr.T.Sasikanth Associate Manager, Accenture for all final year students of B.Sc & B.Com(Computers) Programme on 25th October 2021.



        The Dept. of Computer Science conducted orientation to all Degree First Year students of batch 2021-22 about G-suite email-id and Google Classroom on 11th November 2021.

 

       Department of Computer Science organized a Guest Lecture on “Ethical Hacking & Cyber Security” by Mrs. Chaitanya Rani, CEO, SPYPRO Security Solutions for all Second year students of B.Sc Programme on 30 November 2021.

       The IQAC along with Department of Computer Science organized a Virtual Power Seminar on ‘Awareness of Trends in Technology’ by Mr.Anand Shankar for all UG students on 08.01.2022 from 10 am – 12 pm.

 

       Orientations are given on various internships for all the B.Sc (MPCS,MSCS, MECS) students by VXL IT Solutions, Spypro Security Solutions Pvt.Ltd, Wright Tech and Hyper Techno Solutions on 25-02-2022 and 05-03-2022.

       K.Haripriya has attended Five Day Online Faculty Development Program at the Faculty Development Centre on the theme “Research Avenues and Challenges in Industry 4.0” from 31st Jan 2022 to 4th Feb 2022 in collaboration with the School of Mechanical Engineering of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University, Katra.

Conference (National):

       E. Grace Lydia, P. Vidhyavathi and P. Malathi participated in a three day National virtual conference on ‘WOMEN EMPOWERMENT: GENDER, HEALTH AND SPACE SCIENCE’, jointly organized by the Department of Physics, and IQAC Maris Stella College, Vijayawada from 07th 09th October, 2021.

Malathi participated in the ICSSR-SRC funded Three-day Virtual National Conference on “Towards Aatmanirbhar Bharath : Realization of a Five Trillion Dollar Economy” held from 24th - 26th of May, 2022, organised by the Department of Economics and Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC).

 PDP:
